Mikomicon was the first convention that Don and I ran DEEP SEKH together at. A much better experience for Don and me in terms of character selection and total amount of game time. By using pre-generated characters instead of having players build their own, we were able to start gaming immediately.

We had a fairly large turn-out despite all odds, especially considering how poorly advertised the event was prior to and during the convention itself.

Mikomicon 2006 was the first convention to see the following:

  • Gaming beginning within 15 minutes of players sitting down!
  • Two tables of 4 players each for 6+ hours of gaming!
  • 14 Pre-generated characters available for players to choose from!
  • Accurate round tracking (via special round tracking sheets).

 

Goals for Next Convention

  • More playable characters.
  • Faction- and Story-based characters and conflicts.
  • Color character sheets.
  • A more PvP-focused event.
  • Greater variety of DEEP SEKH gaming events.
